1 General Overview

jitaa9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms the basis of the legal agreement between jitaa9 and every person using the platform ("User" or "you").

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

jitaa9 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests or when a certain amount is exceeded. If the required documents for verification are not provided, transactions may be put on hold.

5 Account Closure and Suspension

jitaa9 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or misconduct.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Registering with false or another person's information.

6 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on jitaa9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using another person's account or payment method may result in the transaction being cancelled.
• After a deposit, funds are generally added to the account immediately.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

• Withdrawal requests can generally be made from the usable (non-bonus) real balance.

• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

8 Welcome Bonus

When you make your first deposit on jitaa9, you will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives you a ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15). This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

9 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus offer applies subject to its own specific terms and conditions.
• A user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same household, device or IP address will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before a bonus offer expires, the bonus balance will be removed.
• jitaa9 reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

10 VIP Program

The jitaa9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

jitaa9 will provide advance notice of any changes to VIP benefits. Cashback is a promotional benefit and its own wagering terms may apply.

11 Rules of Play

All casino games, slots, sports betting and live games available on jitaa9 are operated according to their own rules. It is your responsibility to read the rules of each game before entering.

• jitaa9 reserves the right to cancel a round if the game result is affected by a technical error.
• jitaa9 will not be liable for any loss caused by a software error or network outage.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Using automated software, bots or any other unethical method will result in permanent account closure.

12 Betting Limits

Each game or bet has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed within the game interface. jitaa9 reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any user, particularly if unusual betting patterns are observed.

13 Disputes Over Results

If you have an objection to the result of any game, please contact our support team within 72 hours of the result being published. The matter will be investigated through server log and game data analysis, and our decision will be considered final.
